4. You can send and receive messages instantly regarding price quotes or orders using the online messaging system. Messages can be sent to or received from either Petals or the selling/supplying florist
5. You can track the progress of the order you have sent via the Petals Exchange via the online order tracking system

7. Same Day Delivery (Mon to Fri) is available to Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 2pm in the recipient's time zone, and to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 12pm in the recipient's time zone
8. Same Day Delivery (Sat) is available to Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 11am in the recipient's time zone, and to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 10:30am in the recipient's time zone.
