Information for non-Members (LITES)

Petals Exchange LITE Members are able to send orders into the Petals Exchange without having to register as a Member. All LITE Member transactions into the Exchange are processed via the LITE Member Ordering System.

LITE Members of the Petals Exchange can quickly and easily send their relay/wire orders around the world without having to make any further commitment to Petals Network. There are no monthly fees and no membership fees for LITE Members of the Petals Exchange.

LITE Members of the Petals Exchange receive an on-the-spot commission of 20% of the total value of the order (commission is paid at the time of placing the order with Petals... there's no waiting until the end of each month to be paid).

Sending orders to Petals as an LITE Member of the Petals Exchange is a practical and feasible way to trial the Petals Exchange system, and the Petals Network delivery service.

The benefits of becoming an LITE Petals Exchange Member:

1. You're able to send orders into the Petals Exchange 24 hours a day for same and next day delivery to over 70 countries around the world..... without having to register as a Member
2. You can transact via the Petals Exchange using your Credit Card (some Debit Cards may also be used) in your choice of six different currencies
3. You'll receive a 20% commission on the flower value of your order at the time you place your order.. there's no waiting around until the end of the month to get paid !
4. Send messages to Petals or the supplying florist regarding your order, or track the progress of your order via our online messaging and order tracking systems
AND
5. Same Day Delivery (Mon to Fri) is available to Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 2pm in the recipient's time zone, and to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 12pm in the recipient's time zone
6. Same Day Delivery (Sat) is available to Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 11am in the recipient's time zone, and to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 10:30am in the recipient's time zone.
