Sending Orders through Petals Exchange

When sending a funeral order into the Petals-Exchange there are some slight differences that you may want to take into considerations.

The receiving florist will need to know a couple of extra details that would not be included into a normal order.

The receiving florist will need to know the following:

The Deceased's Name - This is for two reasons. 1. To help the courier/florist locate the correct funeral. 2. So the florist can include the deceased's name on any relevant card's or messages,

The Venue or Address - For the courier/florist to know exactly where to deliver the flowers,

Date & Time of the Service - For the courier/florist to know exactly when to deliver the flowers.

This information will help Petals and the Receiving Florist correctly fill and delivery the floral gift to the correct time place and recipient.
