Although there is currently only 1 line we are about to order more so that more people can use the system at the same time, so everyone can SAVE TIME and MONEY.

When can I use the Self Service System?

• To confirm delivery of an order
• To clarify an order (ie can’t read the card message/description)
• To see if a florist can do an order for you (ie do you have pink roses in Adelaide)
• To speak to another florist about an order that has been delivered
• If you need more information about an order

Member numbers can be found:

• On a typed order the first digits before the point are the seller number (xxxx.123456)
• On a handwritten order, the seller number is in the boxes on the top left-hand corner of the order form
• On the F2F directory on www.petals-exchange.com
• By tracking an order in the Petals Exchange you can see both the seller and supplier numbers
• On your “per order” email confirmations
• Daily Reconciliations (coming soon)
