Welcome to the 3-Step-Demonstration of the LITE Ordering System

The Petals LITE Ordering System allows you to send floral orders to over 70 countries around the world without having to register with any relay or wire service. Click here for more information on the benefits of being an LITE Member.

Step 1 - Please Select the country you're based in:

On the home page you will find a menu that will allow you to select the country you're based in (see diagram 1.0 below). This allows Petals to know where the order is coming from and apply the correct delivery and handling fees. Click on your country to select it.

Step 2 - Product Information and Ordering

After you have selected the country you're based in, you will be shown the product Selection Guide for that country (see diagram 3.0 below). If you wish to send an order overseas, select the destination country from the menu on the left hand side of the screen (see diagram 3.1 below).

If you wish to send in a different currency, select the currency menu on the left hand side of the screen (see diagram 3.3 below)

Once you have found the country and product you are looking for, select the "buy now" button located next to the product (see diagram 3.2 below). You will then be shown the ordering page.

Step 3 - Ordering Page

Now that you have selected the country you are based in, your country of destination, and the product that you wish to send, you will be shown a product order page (see diagram 4.0 below). The order page follows a 4 step format.

Step 1: Recipient's Details
Step 2: Recipient's Details Confirmation
Step 3: Credit Card Processing
Step 4: Receipt Page

You'll need to work through these stages to finish placing your order. Once the order has been received and allocated at Petals Head Quarters (HQ) you will receive an email with the supplying florist's contact details.

Once the order has been process by Petals, you're able to check its process or place messages to HQ or the supplying florist via the Petals Order Tracker.
