Introducing Petals Connect

Petals Connect (formally Petals Express) is Petals Network easy way of sending and receiving orders.

Petals Connect is a Microsoft Windows application which runs on your computer and automatically checks for orders at specified times. What does this mean for Petals Members? You don't have to have to be logged into the Petals Exchange, or check your email to see if you there is new orders awaiting collection.

Why use Petals Connect?

At Petals Network, we always ask for feedback from our florists to help us provide a better experience. A number of florists have made comparisons between the sending and receiving methods of Petals and those of other relay service, from their feedback we recognised a need for a quicker way to send and receiving orders. Petals Connect is entirely free for Petals members, the only requirement is that the member must be on web send/receive.

Other reasons to use Petals Connect include;

• Automatic notification when you have new orders or messages
• Quickly send orders to Petals, by automatically logging the florist into the Petals Exchange and directing them to the order page
• Petals Connect remembers your user name and password, saves you and your staff remembering passwords.
• There is no change to your existing service
